Starting and staying in business is no monkey business. If you don’t believe that, ask Ricardo Zesati, who became an entrepreneur at a relatively young age. “I started selling trailers at 19” says Zesati, who also partners in a trucking company that services vast areas of the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The entrepreneur worked with Business Development Specialist Olga Tavárez at the El Paso Community College SBDC to develop a feasibility plan, business plan, and financial proposal. The project was funded through First Savings Bank with an SBA loan guarantee. He credits Ms. Tavárez for the time and patience she had with the development of the project.
The Grand Opening marks the start-up of the three-bay quick lube franchise, and Zesati recently opened a second location in West El Paso. “There is a lot of competition but our commitment, dedication and the pride we take in the services provided will put us ahead everyone else,” stated Zesati. “We are very happy to be able to bring to El Paso the 4th largest quick lube operation in the United States,” added Zesati.
